How delivery collection works

Delivery/collection timing is agreed with you and confirmed in writing.

Handover checks (what you should expect)

To protect both parties, we may:

verify ID (and sometimes proof of address), and
hand over to an authorised recipient if confirmed by you in writing.

What you should do at handover

Inspect the vehicle (walk around + interior).
Confirm keys, documents and accessories supplied.
Raise any immediate concerns as soon as reasonably possible.

Insurance and tax

You must have valid insurance from handover and you must tax the vehicle before driving. Vehicle tax does not transfer.
